Located on the hospital's cafeteria level at 4650 Sunset Boulevard, it operates as a full café format — offering an expanded service model compared to the Main Lobby Kiosk. The store is open Monday through Saturday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM and closed on Sunday, serving patients' families, visitors, and hospital staff under Buja Equity's signed franchise agreement with The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

Opened on August 5, 2021, the Main Lobby Kiosk is Buja Equity's first location at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. Situated in the hospital's main lobby at 4650 Sunset Boulevard, the kiosk received OSHPD regulatory approval in October 2020 prior to construction. It operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM — serving patients' families, visitors, and medical staff throughout the hospital's active hours.
